This policy applies to digital courses, programmes, downloads and other digital content purchased from Home Learning Together.

Immediate access

Our digital products are designed to be available immediately after purchase.

By purchasing a digital product and accepting this Digital Product Policy, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately.

You also acknowledge that, once access to the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.

If you experience a genuine problem accessing content you have purchased, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
